Paw Creek Village Homeowners feel that the current Management company's practices are incompetent and unprofessional. 

We will present this petition to the Board to call a special meeting to remove Key Community Management, and have a discussion as to our options. This issues isn't unprecedented as this HOA management company has many complaints on Google and the BBB website. We are not the only association that has struggled with their incompetence. We will also be requesting regular HOA meetings, as promised, to keep the Homeowners better informed.

Here is what we need:

To begin the removal process, a petition must be circulated calling for a special meeting. The Board must hold this special meeting if this petition is signed by 10% of the homeowners.

-Once the Board has received a signed petition with a sufficient number of signatures, they are required to provide written notice to all homeowners of the special meeting (with sufficient notice) and to hold the meeting. At that special meeting, a quorum of at least 10% of the total homeowners must be present. Assuming there is such a quorum, it only takes the vote of a simple majority of those present at the meeting to pass.
