Ensuring your business runs as smoothly and effectively as possible is a main concern especially for a company as successful as ABC Supply. With that being said it is important to have equipment that we can all rely on day in and day out with minimal to no maintenance. This is a daily problem with the Honeywell phone we have now. Not only are we constantly needing to call I.T. to diagnose and repair issues but the entire phone itself is sub-par and incapable of living up to the standards we need for everyday use. 
Listed below are just a few of the problems with the Honeywell phones we run into on a frequent occurrence:

-Black/Blank Screen unable to proceed with actions

-Low quality Pictures

-Freezing Screen

-Random shut offs

Just one of these issues can make smooth and efficient production nearly impossible.

Switching to a new phone brand capable of everyday operations without the need to restart, diagnose or repair is crucial to keeping this amazing company expanding and thriving.
