We the People of New Brunswick, Canada demand the immediate resignation of Blaine Higgs and Jennifer Russell along with the abolishment of the emergency measures act and medical emergency act. 

Higgs and Russell have had adequate time to address the broken healthcare system in New Brunswick and have caused unnecessary pain and suffering to the residents, businesses and establishments of the province. They continue to demonstrate that they are under qualified to run the province and manage the healthcare system respectively. 

Instead of hiring more Drs and nurses and providing more healthcare options, the Higgs administration has closed hospital doors, limited healthcare to individuals and allowed the healthcare workers to lose their jobs or leave them over negotiations. 

Dr. Russell has been unwilling to create realistic expectations and timelines for curving the covid numbers and has held her emergency powers for too long, abusing her role now.

The emergency measures act and medical emergency act are both violations of the charter of rights and freedoms. Mandatory vaccinations upon threat of job loss or loss of freedoms are also violations.

We will no longer stand for this tyranny.
