I visited Goa on 11th Sep' 2022. The place I was staying in, in Morjim has street dogs. One of the female dogs just had puppies and I saw the puppies being discarded. An old man was guiding two kids to discard the puppies off. These puppies were barely a few days old. They were white with black spots. I am not a Goan, and couldn't have done anything myself as much as I wanted to. However if there is a team of people here who love dogs in Goa, I request you to please take action. I believe this is a regular act that takes place in Goa. This must be stopped somehow. If people cant take care of puppies at least have the decency to let someone else house them.
