The Central NC Council Boy Scouts of America has lost its way. Let's get fresh ideas, ideas that are discussed. New ways of raising money. New events that kids actually want to attend. Currently the Executive Committee is a coffee clutch for "yes men" in their 80's. This will not help the council grow or succeed. Where is the new generation being represented on the board. Should the board not look somewhat like the audience we are supposed to be serving? If we loose at this we loose the council to Mecklenburg County council. Nobody wants that. Speak up now, speak up loudly above the "Council Office" of paid professionals only out to raise money for their own salaries. Please, please, please do it now.
