Assessment passed back in November 2016 by the Nevada Legislation allowing all criminals no matter the alleged crime committed to be assessed a low, medium or high risk to recommit and/or fail to appear back in court for the charges. This assessment asks a simple 9 questions about if the alleged criminal has a job, a phone, age, and if the alleged criminal has a past criminal history. If the person being given the assessment has had no history is older than 36 than this person is considered a low risk. What about the crime they are facing? Along with the sentence they are facing, what if this is a murder? What if its a sexual assault to a minor child? What about the amount of charges this person might be facing is enough to make them want to flee the country?

As a community we need to work together to fight this from happening. We need to stand up and fight the Nevada Legislation to make sure this bill gets changed. Please sign this petition to help not only fight for my family but for all future victims and families.
