Theo Blyth started this petition to Network Rail and

It has recently come to my attention that the train station in Springburn is severely lacking when it comes to disability access. They clearly state on their website that they do not provide accessible ticket machines, accessible booking counters, there is no ramp access to the platform, and there is no step free access coverage.

One fantastic solution would be for the train service to terminate at a later, more accessible station, however my main aim is for useful accessibility features to be installed at Springburn train station to improve the lives of anybody using the station, although I am focusing my request on having lifts or ramps installed, either incorporated into the existing bridge, or built into a new bridge. This would provide ease of access between the platforms instead of forcing anybody with mobility issues to cause themselves pain by taking the long route between platforms.

The main event that brought this injustice to my attention is when a friend informed me that they ended up stuck on the Springburn platform due to ongoing pain issues, and they struggled with the stairs. A complaint was then logged by their friend who was with them and, to my knowledge, this complaint has still gone unanswered.

My plan of action is to raise noise and awareness of this issue and to gather as much support as I possibly can, before hopefully using this petition as evidence of the community's support when myself and my colleagues take further action against this.
