years 10 and 11 are arguably two of the most important years in school so why is it that a teacher who is unqualified, unkind and completely unfair is allowed to teach students for both of these years. In an ideal world this petition wouldn’t be necessary but time after time Miss Girardi has shown that’s she’s not only unable to communicate with students about relevant issues and how to make her classroom an enjoyable learning environment, she simply doesn’t care to. Her methods of teaching seem to be nothing short of tyrannical. She threatens uninvolved students by saying they’d miss their entire break simply for not telling another student off even though the issue has nothing to do with them and it’s her job to do so, she is never willing to work towards actually solving the issues that plague her classroom by identifying what causes them and instead preferring to shout so loud that she can’t hear what the class has to say and she fails her most struggling students by refusing to spot negative patterns in test results and instead threatening to call home and not offering any additional support. Her classes are behind, her students are failing and her teaching is lazy, it’s hard to even call her a teacher when all she does is force the class to copy out key points from a textbook and then throw a temper tantrum when she fails to just force the class into respecting her, even when she gives the class no respect at all. That is why i and everyone else who signed this petition beg Netherhall to act in any way possible to solve this issue to create an inspiring, individual and inclusive environment for leaning, not one that allows for a teacher to bully her own students.
