The Entertainer and Stand up comedian Michael Barrymore, had his Career and reputation tarnished by the uk Tabloid Press, he brought joy and happiness to millions in the 1990s and 2000s. We want him back on our TVs, his TikTok, Instagram and other social media accounts have millions of likes and fans, there is indeed a demand for his comedy again. 

 Many of us have remained loyal to him, and wish to see him back where he belongs, on our TV screens.

I was inspired to start the petition due to demand from my own online followers, and I hope that someone at Netflix can offer The national treasure that is Mr Michael Barrymore a special, or even a series.  There would be a massive audience, and it is the tonic we need right now in our struggle to find normality again after the trauma and mental health issues many have been left struggling with post Covid 19 lockdowns and bereavements. Many UK production companies have boycotted him and I believe if Netflix reach out this would be very positive for their customers and their own business. I have tagged Netflix in many of his social media post comments sections, I believe they are aware I am keen to make this happen. I am just a fan, struggling with Agoraphobia and gender dysphoria and mental health issues. I know seeing him on social media has lifted my spirits, I know his generous attitude to fans and the time he takes to reply and follow us is so kind. He deserves this more than I can put into words. Let's make this happen folks
