The best anime adaption of all time was officially declared cancelled on December 9, 2021. Netflix’s adaptation of Cowboy Bebop took the source material and made it their own with unique changes to the characters and their stories and had an opportunity to flesh out the story of the show in a huge way. We were left with a huge cliff hanger and will never see an expansion of the Cowboy Bebop universe, because Netflix did what it loves to do and cancel a show before it has a chance to really take off.
