'The OA', a show created by Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij which ran on Netflix for two seasons, has been canceled. This phenomenal piece of art made people think differently and was so wonderfully abstract that it was a welcome diversion from the regular programs that are being produced today. But, because of its sometimes outlandish imagery and concepts, Netflix has decided to cancel the show and leave fans with a cliffhanger, not allowing Brit and Zal to finish up the story with their originally planned five seasons. I've created this petition for fans of the series to show their support and love of 'The OA', and to hopefully get enough signatures so that Netflix or another streaming platform will see the potential of the series and pick it up, similar to what Netflix did with 'Lucifer'.
