I am a simple teenager. At one point in time, I could not fall asleep without feeling very afraid. It was then that I began watching BBC documentaries on Netflix, usually narrated by David Attenborough.

I quickly began to watch these documentaries all the time and doing reports on them and David Attenborough for school. The narrator became an idol to me.

 On 12/03/2019, all David Attenborough BBC documentaries will be taken off Netflix, except the Netflix original series “Our Planet”. I demand the continuation of these documentaries on Netflix and would like your help to do this. 

You may ask how the removal of these documentaries effects you. The answer is that this act will take away both children’s and adult’s opportunities to easily learn more about nature. “Our Planet” may be a fun documentary, but it does not cover specific animal kingdoms like, for example, the documentary “Life” does. 

Many of the documentaries being taken down are some of the best nature documentaries around. This includes: Blue Planet, Planet Earth, and many more.
