I believe in miracles every day and so pray to Jesus mother and ask her for her divine Son to give you a miracle and heal your husband. It can happen if it is in Gods divine plan.Ask and you shall receive believing you shall receive. I will be praying too and god bless you

This is very important since with the proper documentation, the Nestle Company or any company has the ability to be humane, TEMP OUT the job, and allow the unpaid leave time, especially with a spouse. I will Face Book this and Twitter this, IF Neslte decides that being compassionate is too costly, then perhaps that very thing is enough for me to boycott their products. Please Nestle, with the doctor's documentation and the temp agencies for filling in for personnel, this should NOT be an issue.

This has to be important to everyone because this lady is right, this can happen to anyone. It is awful that this man has to know what kind of trouble his family may be in when he passes. What a sad situation. I hope this lady is allowed to keep her job, and that her job will be very supportive. God bless.

Nestle is an enormous company with a huge bottom line, it can afford to be more caring for its employees. Nestle, your reputation is already tarnished, perhaps doing this would help your image!

I know that in Hungary, the law allows a woman to take 2 years of unpaid/reduced pay leave when she has a child - in order to care for that newborn baby. And the employer of the mother has to hold their job - allowing them to come back to the same employment they left when they had their child. Why can't companies in the US be made to hold an employee's job under certain dire circumstances such as this? This woman is losing a huge part of her life - isn't that enough stress? Allow her to know she has a job to come back to - take a little bit of stress off of her - She's not even asking to be paid during her time away!

END Nestle. They are far too greedy for today's families, and are guilty of polluting and stealing resources. Ill never eat another baby ruth, butterfinger, or crunch bar
