Nestlé: The Not So Sweet Truth

Nestlé uses child labor and violates workers rights to support their multi-billion dollar company. Their efforts to strengthen the cocoa communities in Cote D'Ivore have had limited payoff, as many children are still forced to do unpaid labor in unsafe conditions. While Nestlé claims to be working to eradicate child labor on their cocoa farms, they continue to support farms who use it. The goal of this petition is for Nestlé to closely supervise and regulate the labor policies at the cocoa farms, or to source their materials from farms with better treatment of their workers.
