On this ongoing dry season (from Sep to May) in the country the air quality worsens day by day. People have been facing the problems with poor air-quality even in the major regions of the city like Lainchaur, Jamal, Ghantaghar, Baneshower, all along the Ring-Road and outskirts of the city.

The problems, which tends to occur yearly and have never seemed to be diminishing, primarily, occurs due to unmanaged expansion and 'alleged' maintenance (which seems to be required to done after every monsoon because of its poor quality it gets worsened with lots of pits appearing during the year) of roads and problematic infrastructures like drinking water pipelines, electricity grids, underground telephone wires and so on by which these authorities consider it to be accountable and reasonable to dig a long pit all along the road anytime they please (where the road is never to be re-constructed and left with mud and dirt). Secondly, the problem seems to be created due to poor regulation of vehicle quality.

We, everybody, want clean air and environment. Constitution of Republic of Nepal also guarantees the right to live in a quality environment as a fundamental right, and we want Nepal Government to listen and maintain the rights of people of Nepal.
