The poor dog that lives at 163 Lee Road 013 in Oak Leaf subdivision. It howls, barks and cries all day and sometimes all night. It is tied up to the homeowners back fence with no shelter from the elements of nature. It’s ribs are showing, indicating that is is malnourished. This poor dog screams/howls daily for help and rescue. Neighbors have called local law enforcement and animal control to try and have the dog rehomed or at least something done. Nothing has come of it yet. The surrounding occupants in the neighborhood are fed up with our neighbors neglect for their animal. They have been offered help and will not take it. They are clearly abusing this poor dog and action needs to be taken.
