Albertson's on 32nd Ave W is being redeveloped into a condo building with a Safeway. We neighbors support the changes in the density. A new grocery will be nice!

How the building is designed is going to make a tremendous difference, and now is the time to voice your opinion - Do you want 6 stories versus the 7 the developer is planning on?

The current zoning calls for 6 stories (April 2019). The added 12.5 feet is due to an incentive program called the Living Building challenge. The new building will sit in the middle of Magnolia for all to see. So, let’s make sure we like what we’re going to be looking at for years to come (and that it a green building without the added height).

This petition is to share with the Magnolia Community Council, developer, city and others so that our voice is heard.
