I Am the middle child of Linda Peacock that was a victim of a brutal rape in 1982 In Tampa Florida John Powell was supposed too do a 20 year sentence for another rape in Alabama John powell got out early and and my mother was his next victim! My family is asking too keep John powell behind bars for the rest of his life he dose have a life sentence John Powell never did any type of classes too better his anger problems and has been denied parole over the years because of his anger John Powell on October the 27th we will see if he is allowed too be let out in Society in Tampa Florida ! We have too stand as a Community to protect are children and women in our community ! Please we ask everyone to sign this petition what is that is that keep our community safe! My mother got a chance too live a normal life she was tortured for 8 hours and dumped in a cemetery 5 months pregnant with my older sister! My mother did show up too his court hirings over the years ! My mother always said this day was coming and she couldn't wait too look John Powell in his eyes again too let him know about all her nightmares and not being able too  ever live a normal life! Unfortunately our mother passed away as of last year now Its our job too make sure The State Of Florida And John Powell know that he should never get too walk freely since our mother couldn't never walk freely!
