Since the heartbroken death of the the 10th grader Teddy Balkind I feel all neck guards should be mandatory for all hockey leagues and National hockey. 

It’s more than heartbreaking to have to hear a incident like this to a child especially. No one did anything bad to cause this incident. I hope everyone that knows Teddy like me and his other friends, relatives, family, and his coaches for hockey get support.
