68 percent of the worlds population has lactose malabsorption, others have illnesses such as Crohn's disease. The NDSU dining center only serves pizza at night which contains gluten and dairy. Cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches can not be too expensive for the large budget this school is fortunate enough to have.
