With all the chaos going around and the alarming increase of rape cases in India, I would like to recommend a strong punishment. We have already made a law against rape which clearly didn't seem working. There is always a loophole which allows the criminals to escape. Most cases are not getting justice. Many rape cases are not even being registered. 

As the justice is not being delivered promptly, most of the women are still not stepping up and filing complaints. Punishing the culprits out in the open could explain the consequences to the predators. That would at least bring some fear in such filthy minds. "Yatra Naryasthu pujyanthe ramanthe thathra Devatha" which means where women are respected, celebrated there lies God. Here women are being smothered, killed, raped, even set on fire. Hence I suggest this punishment.

If an accused is guilty for rape hang him openly, let the media telecast that. Let our beloved channels report it primetime. Let there be fear among all those who want to exercise their power by raping a woman. Who think woman's body is an object they can play with deserve being hanged publicly. Rape is the worst thing that can happen to anyone. Most victims succumb to the injuries, if they survive the society kills them. We still have people who report rape cases with the victim's name and pictures not the culprits. This should change..
