After a recent game against Oregon, USC was penalized by their conference for playing with under-inflated balls. In 1993, the SEC was called in to test Auburn's balls for over-inflation. Everybody's balls should be the same. Test each player's balls before every game, right there on the fifty yard line so that the whole stadium can be a witness. If it's easier to handle soft balls, everybody ought to have soft balls. If bigger balls go farther, everybody should get big balls. Nobody should get an advantage because their balls are different.
