These student athletes, especially the seniors, have worked for years for the chance to participate and compete in the highest levels of amateur sports. 

Due to reasons outside of their control they are being charged eligibility without the ability to compete. Allow them to maintain their eligibility while not reducing the universities ability to bring in future athletes in following years by temporarily increasing scholarship caps to accommodate for junior and senior athletes.
