Marching Bands Must be Televised Live During Half-Time for NCAA FOOTBALL Games
0 have signed. Let’s get to 200!
Marching Band performances must be given priority status during all Halftime Shows, and must not be relegated to YouTube after game posts.
It all starts in Middle and High School when slowly the Marching, Jazz, and concert band lose funding and take a back seat to the many activities that have auspiciously become “sports.” Marching and Competition Bands are mostly just put into a silo of supporting roles despite hundreds of thousands of marching band students, families, friends, and fans. Imagine all of the advertisers and additional viewers who would tune in to see the amazing performances at NCAA Football Games!
What remedy do we seek:
“We humbly request that NCAA Football Halftime is Band-Time, and all televised games must show the Marching Band Performances for ALL Nationally televised games. This will allow families, friends, and music fans to enjoy one of America’s favorite pastimes called “Marching Band.”
