Why compromise children with significant health issues? Why put vulnerable children at risk? Why disregard the total commitment of Ronnie, Maggie and volunteers and all the years they have invested in creating a sanctuary and this place of healing? Can these 'experts' guarantee the safety of anyone exposed to any level of electromagnetic energy? Please err on the side of caution. Put human life and well being before $$$. Thank you Ronnie and Maggie. Get it right Mr Mayor, Kentish Council and others instrumental in the building of this toxic tower.

I'm signing because this is a beautiful place that a lot of Tasmanian families rely on for respite. They do an amazing job at Appin Hall, and this tower has the possibility to effect the health of those children that stay there. Shame in the council! There are plenty of other sites to choose from to build this tower that has no bad effect on the community!

The biological effects of EMR exposure are established and are becoming more understood. These children are some of the most vulnerable in Australia. Building an NBN tower next to them is like building a chimney that pumps out cigarette smoke 24 hours a day onto their cetnre. NBN: National Bombshelling of Nature Our countryside is becoming just like the city due to the affects on the human body and spirit of the EMRs from towers. I pray that this madness will stop.

NBN will be sued in future for damages to health. They should be embracing the future now with safe technology - not spraying microwave radiation at everyone and everything in the path of a base station. Havent we learnt from past mistakes ??- smoking and asbestos took the same path- 1st denial. then coverup. and then admission of damage. stop focusing on $$$ and prevent damage now. get rid of the TOXIC wireless MICROWAVE and install any CABLED system instead- any- whether it be copper or fibre: FTTP, FTTN, HFC. but NOT, not EVER MICROWAVE wireless. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sNFdZVeXw7M

I love the fact that the Burns's are always focussed on their beautiful home that provides young carers with a peaceful, beautiful getaway from their daily stresses and a nbn tower would not be attractive and I believe it would also prove unhealthy long-term.
