A terrible injustice has been committed by Judge Pate in Birmingham AL awarding Sole custody of my precious grandchildren ages 4 and 6 to their father without cause.  When does a Judge take custody away from a loving stay-at-home Mom?  This Judge was paid off and I won''t stop until I prove it!  My daughter has been terribly wronged by this judge as have her children.  Please help me right this terrible injustice.

My daughter was a stay-at-home until last year and everyone will tell you she was a wonderful loving mother and cherishes her children.  I strongly believe that the Judge was paid off by Andrew Davenport's parents.   Sadly, I didn't have over $100,000 to buy off the Judge as Mr. Davenport's parents did.  

Andrew Davenport uses corporal punishment against his children, he drinks excessively, he was abusive to my daughter Katherine Davenport in front of their children and DHR was contacted numerous times.   Yet the Judge discounted everything and awarded sole custody to Mr. Davenport.

 Mr Davenport has a police record for drugs whereas my daughter doesn't drink, never did drugs and ALWAYS put her children first and there isn't a person that knows my daughter that wouldn't tell you she is an absolutely wonderful caring loving mother.  I beg everyone to please help me right this wrong as soon as possible.  Please help my daughter and my precious grandchildren before irreparable emotional or physical harm is done to my grandchildren.  I may not have the money Andrew Davenport's parents have but I can assure you that this is a grave injustice that will permanently hurt my grandchildren.  Please I beg you, please sign my petition and contact the Governor of AL and ask him to overturn Judge Pate Divorce Order immediately.
