Understanding how we are all affected by the tragic passing of Kobe, Gigi, and the seven others I wanted to present a petition that could easily be done. Knowing the complexities of changing the NBA logo, I feel that creating the Kobe Bryant Offensive Player of the Year Award not only commemorates the offensive genius who is Kobe Bryant, but also awards a player who has great offensive success during the season compared to the MVP which normally awards team success. This award will be a great way to honor the legacy of Kobe Bean Bryant who has meant so much to us on and off the court. A truly generational and transcendent talent who is loved by us all.
