عطوفة مدير عام الآثار

تحيه طيبه وبعد

نلفت انتباهكم إلى قرار مدير عام دائرة الآثار العامه رقم ٩/٩/١١٩٣ بتاريخ ٢٢١/٤/٢٠٢١،الموجه إلى مدير دائرة الأراضي وإلى آمين عمان والقاضي برفع الحظر عن أراضي خربة مدراج الاثريه، والذي يعني بالسماح لأصحاب الأرض من استعمالها وبناء المباني عليها، أن ذلك سيتسبب في تدمير الآثار التاريخية التي تعود إلى عدة حضارات إنسانيه ومنها المقابر الرومانيه والكنائس البيزنطيه والمعاصر والاديره والحمامات والمساجد الإسلاميه الفاطميه وقصر الحاكميه العثماني وغيرها الكثير من المباني الاثريه.

اننا نطالبكم بالتراجع عن هذا القرار والبحث عن حلول جذريه باستملاك الأراضي لكامل المنظومة الاثريه وتفضلوا بقبول الاحترام

Mr. Minister of Tourism

 Mr. Director General of the Department of Antiquities  Sincerely  We bring to your kind attention the decision of the general director of the Jordanian Department of Antiquities no.  9 | 9 | 1193 dated 16 | 4 | 2021. Addressed to the director of the land registry and the mayor of Amman, concerning the clearing of the land of Khirbit Midraj (shafa badran) archaeological site.

 This decision will allow the owners to have the authorization to build their houses thus damaging the archaeological and historical sites that date back to various ancient civilizations including, the Roman civilization and the Byzantine churches and the Islamic mosques.

Meanwhile, we ask the withdrawal of this decision and to seek a solution to expropriate the land of the archaeological site   Regards

Mettiamo alla vostra cortese attenzione la decisione del direttore generale del dipartimento di antichita'giordano no. 9|9|1193 in data 16|4|2021.indirizzato Al direttore del catasto e Al sindaco di Amman, che riguarda lo sblocco del terreno di Khirbit Midraj(shafa badran)  sito archeologico.

Tale decisione permettera ai proprietari di avere l'autorizzazione di costruirsi le case danneggiando cosi  I siti archeologici e storici che risalgono a varie civilta' antiche tra I quali, la civilta' romana e le chiese bizantinee le moschee islamiche.

Chiediamo Intanto il ritiro di tale decisione e di cercare una soluzione per espropriare il terreno del sito archeologico Cordialmente
