Reduce nuisance for commuters between Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

According to wikipedia, over 525,000 passengers commute between islamabad and rawalpindi in over 210,000 vehicles everyday via 3 major corridors connecting the cities. For reference please see:
Mian Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister of Pakistan had promised to make islamabad highway a signal free corridor. No doubt there is good progress even thought about 12km of the road is still unattended and a nightmare for the commuters. Discussing that however is not the primary agenda here.
To further disrupt the traffic Checkposts have been added on already finished roads and are causing ridiculous traffic jams which tend to be as long as 6-8kms during peak traffic hours. These are apparently there to save islamabad from rawalpindi but who will save rawalpindi? There seem to be no intent to resolve the traffic problem in coming future.
We protest against this disruption of traffic and appeal our PM to address this public grievance.
