Between the houses and the flats there urgently has to be a fence dividing the 2 and mostly protecting both residents of both phases. Incidents have been reported countless times occurring in the fence between the phases (houses and flats) and with the not soo secure security measures that are implemented in the flats,a brick wall needs to be built
