Although I appreciate the arguments against a no fly zone over Ukraine I believe that Russia considers the fact that there are never any repercussions other than sanctions that the west is weak. Besides protecting Ukraine I believe a no fly zone there would also discourage Russia from trying to expand into the Baltic states and elsewhere.

A no fly zone would not be aggression against Russia unless they chose otherwise and I think that if that was the case then it would be indicative that they would probably not stop at Ukraine anyway. I am not advocating war just to try to curtail an illegal action and deaths of innocent civilians.
