The recent Supreme Court leaked ruling overturning Roe v. Wade has laid bare the conservative agenda for America in this century. The intent is to remove all bodily autonomy for women and have state controlled bodies for the purpose of mass childbirth. This is a clear violation of the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment. Limiting state control of reproductive function to one sex is unconstitutional. The state must expand this control to men as well. It is likewise unconstituional to force women to bring their rapists fetus to term without also eliminating the ability of the rapist to cause impregnation.  We must mandate vasectomy for all males from the onset of puberty, and they must hold that vasectomy until their wedding day, or until they can substantially prove in a court of law that they are fit to be a parent.
