The following two corners on Inanda Road are HIGH RISK:

1) First corner after the Jocks Cafe turnoff in Crestholme, on the way to Waterfall

2) The corner at Crinkly Bottom

We've had many accidents occur on these two corners over the last 30 years, and it is a huge risk for commuters in Crestholme and Waterfall. This road has always been dangerous, but with the increasing traffic volumes, it's  getting worse.

We are urgently requesting speed bumps (or any other EFFECTIVE traffic calming measure/s) to slow traffic down and avoid further carnage on these corners.

IN ADDITION TO THIS we are requesting "High Accident Zone" signboards to warn drivers ahead of the time.

Due to the lawlessness on our roads, lowering the speed limit will not achieve anything, but IN ADDITION to the above measures, this might be helpful.

These traffic control measures will protect our family members as well as the lives of those who travel from Molweni to Waterfall by taxi.

As tax payers, we have a right to safe roads - this road is a disaster and has been claiming the lives of innocent people for far too long!
