On the name of serving post pg bond and with the threat of epidemic act, system is making post MD doctors to work with mere Rs 38000 in the garb of tutor. Throughout state of maharashtra a significant disparity among pay is being maintained despite same qualification and experience. Worst of all, giving joining order with Rs 60000 and even after two months of non payment, reducing amount to 38000 is equivalent to fraud at institutional level. Admission of any mistake after joining  has no bearing on these tutors. At very first place its a shame that we are paying MBBS with MD such a low salary. Then saying why we cant respect and retain our work force in health sector will be just an eyewash.

Giving threat of pandemic act has become a fashion for people sitting in higher position, whereas at the same time exploitation of most of the subordinates have become commonplace. If specialist doctors are being victimized, its not hard to believe what might be happening with other contractual staff. Sensing needy position of person employed either bonded or otherwise, few people in authority position can always be seen in collusion committing such condemnable acts of penalizing or threatening departmental action for even genuine demand.
