  1. As we all know that the number of cybercrime on social media is increasing day by day, So far, countless people have filed complaints on the cybercrime portal site of the HMO.
  2. Cybercrime cases in India, registered under the IT Act, increased at a rate of 500 to 600 percent/& there were more than 20,000+ cases of cybercrime registered in India.
  3. No matter which social media platform is, some people are raising questions on someone's character by posting social media- personal information or personal photos or other information openly on social media, in such a situation, the Hon. Home Minister & Law Minister should take strict action against these people.
  4. Delhi is the most dangerous big city in India by most measures & Most of the Cyber Crime complaints are coming from Delhi only.
  5. Many people believe that we file a complaint on the cybercrime portal, but no action is taken so far.
    Unauthorized Access and Hacking.
    Web Hijacking.
    Child Pornography.
    Cyber Stalking.
    Denial of service attack.
    Virus attacks.
    Software Piracy. Etc,
  7. There will always be only one question in everyone's mind, What is the punishment for cybercrime in India?
    section 66C provides for punishment for Identity theft as Whoever, fraudulently or dishonestly makes use of the electronic signature, password, or another unique identification feature of any other person shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years.
  8. I would like to request an Honorable Home Minister Amit Shah, Honorable Minister of Law and Justice of India Ravi Shankar Prasad, Twitter handle @CyberDost &  In-charge of BJP's national Information & Technology Amit Malviya, through speeding that if anyone is registering a cyber complaint, then action should be taken at the earliest, otherwise people's trust will be lost.
