The glaring menace of the corona virus pandemic hits our dear Motherland and puts everyone at risk but obviously, some citizens are put at the forefront of this wager because of nature of work that puts food on their table.
Within this bracket of workers falls the ever-dedicated, relentless, patriotic and diligent field workers of the National Identification Authority who have been working assiduously for a tear and over to make sure the governments vision morphs into reality. However, these workers come into contact with not less than 30 different people on the average every single working day and this even makes it more dangerous.  Not to forget that a good 80% of these applicants are with all due respect people from remote areas with very little or no literacy at all with respect to the virus.
The plea to the employers of these workers is to at least suspend the exercise until the wave of corona subsides.  Workers, at least for the first time, should be prioritized ahead of machinery in order to save NIA workers.
