I am writing this petition on the behalf of the nca candidates regarding the clarification on new nca policy issued in 2021 effective from 01-01-2022. However, an ambiguity has arisen regarding the completion of the legal research module prescribed under SubSection 10.3 of the new policy. Whether those candidates whose files have been assessed or have completed the assigned subjects before the comming into force of the Subsection 10.3.1 of the new policy are expempted from satisfying that requirement.
