A 19 yrs old Dalit Girl at Hathrash was raped brutally by the 4 alleged man and then rescued with a bleeding mouth and broken spine shows how shameful and inhuman the acts could be .

But her suffering continues even after her death.
When she was admitted to the the hospital and fighting against death she was unaware that she has to fight with this cruel Governing system too which is been supposed to protect us.
Yes first she gets assaulted by the evil mindset and now abused by the police system while fighting to dead and even after her death.
The UP Police denied for lodging an FIR stating that medical examination didn't confirm rape. While the victims mother countlessly crying stating she rescued her daughter with bare body with grave injuries and confirmed rape. Still police didn't registered a rape case until 5 days of the incident. Why all the time we have to beg for justice near the system which we created to secure us.
The victim passed away on 29th September after about 15 days of the incident by taking her last breath at Delhi's Hospital . The limits of cruelty has broken down when UP police forcibly cremated the body of the victim at midnight without the permission of the family like he is desperate to suppress the crime. The entire police system has gone so cruel that they don't even allowed her parents to see her last face. The victims mother pledged crying in front of the cops to let them take their daughters body to their home for last time and they wanted to do the cremation according to Hindu ritual which does not allow to burn after sunset. But UP police forcibly burnt the dead body of victim at midnight as if the family have no rights on their daughters body.

And now the DM trying to cover up by lying that the relatives are present in the cremation while the whole family strongly states that they are not. And there are on record videos which clarify how the victim's mother and father are crying in front of the police requesting them to take their daughter's dead body home but the cops didn't allow .
How shameless this system could be.
The girl witnessed faces of evilness when she's alive and faced injustice even after her death. The system which is supposed to provide justice takes her dignity again. Her family who are supposed to get support from the police faced brutality at every phase.
The Hathrash case calls out not only for justice for the victim but also for the democratic robustness.

We demand justice not only for her sufferings before death but also after death.
We demand a quick and strict probe against the District Magistrate & all of the rest police system who had blood in their hands. If not we then who's going to raise our voices, this system was made in a good faith for our security but now it has failed and working in a bad faith. For sure they are totally accountable for all of their failures because we the people together made it and now it has turn evil and now we the people together has to shut it down.
