Re-ammend the Electronic Transmission Clause [52(3)]

Re-ammend the Electronic Transmission Clause [52(3)]

3 Ways the Electronic Transmission Clause Will Affect Nigeria's Future Election
This is how the presently ammended Electronic Transmission Clause 52 (3) Will Affect Nigeria's Future Elections.
(1)The National Communications Commission, a government body, whose head is directly appointed by the President and screened by the National Assembly, will be the one to determine if they have the resources to cater for the electronic transmission of polling results.
(2) The National Assembly, whose members are (75 per cent) likely to stand for election, reserves the right to determine whether INEC will conduct e-transmission of polling results in the Anambra, Ekiti and Osun States Governorship Elections and the Nigeria Presidential Election 2023 and of course they will base their choice under the cover of "the state of nation "!
(3) Nigerians may not have e-voting and most especially e-transmission of polling results as Nigerian Senators bent on retaining or acquiring political power are not likely to support the plea, during the election years, that there should be electronic transmission of voting results or they will only support/allow it when they want. This is an anti-democratic clause
