Nathan feels that on occasion his mother ruins his life. He also has been an avid cat admirer since that first trip to the pet shop with his Tia as a a wee little 17 pound peanut.
It has been his evil mother’s ill will to rob him of his true happiness and she must be stopped.

This petition is to enforce the idea Nathan , 4, is rightfully entitled to be a cat owner.

His mother’s wide range of excuses can be counter argued by the fact that self cleaning litter boxes now exist and can located in her garage where a cat door can be installed in as well. 

The time for Nathan’s happiness has come! Stop robbing the boy of true love and give him a cat!
