After age of 70, the senior citizens are not eligible for medical insurance, loan or EMI, no driving licence, no jobs, but he has to pay all taxes on his purchase for his survival. If a senior citizen has paid income tax during his adult earning age then they should be exempted from paying any tax after the age of 70 years as they have to spend through their lifetime savings on healthcare and daily needs. Govt spends crores of ruppees on irrelevant schemes but never plan any relief for needy senior citizen of this country. It is a tragedy to be Indian senior citizen. Senior citizens can no be  Atmanirbhar with the burden of multilevel taxation.

I petition to the honorable Prime Minister, Finance Minister and Members of Lok Sabha and Rajya  Sabha to give due relief instead of token meager relief in taxation  to the senior citizens aged 65 and above.
