I want the government to review the dynamic pricing policy for railway tickets.

The dynamic pricing makes the tickets unaffordable while a large number of tickets are still available. Train tickets often become as expensive as flight tickets. People who have used trains recently would have seen that even though 300-500 seats are available, with not more than a couple of days to go for the journey, the tickets available are exhorbitantly priced.
This makes the tickets out of reach for poor. If the railways have to be accessible to the poor, the dynamic pricing policy needs to be revisited.
