I lost my brother on 6th December 2021 for suicide .When we released him from the rope we could still sense a little pulse. I immediately called for ambulance they told me there are no ambulance in our area , I was shocked coz I live in immadihalli Whitefield Bangalore so close to the city.They told me that the only ambulance available is in indranagar and cannot make it on time.I had to literally book an uber and wait for around 20 mins for it to arrive keeping my brother battling for breath.Post that we somehow managed to take him to Manipal hospital ,Whitefield ,Bangalore.The staff at the hospital were so rude that they refused to even touch my brother to check his pulse. They asked us to leave saying they won't handle this.My mom ,sister and I fell on thier legs literally but they dint respond.Post that we rushed to another hospital nearby they rejected to help too, finally with the help of a friend we took him to vydehi hospital in whitefield.the staff there were giggling at each other when we were standing traumatized and begging for help for our dying brother.i literally had to yell at them asking them to check the pulse atleast and they took him to a room nearby and shut the door.After a few minutes doctor called me and told me that my brother was no more , he passed away 20 mins ago when we are actually in Manipal hospital.We were treated so badly and because of the hospital and unavailability of the ambulance service we lost our brother.One thing that I realised was humanity doesn't exist. Please take this into consideration so that no other family has to go through what we went through living in a city like Bangalore.We have incurred a loss that we can never overcome, this shouldn't be repeated at any cost .please sign the petition
