The representatives of the people, the politicians, elected MLA's and MP's have a lot of power and responsibilities on their hands, as the leaders of our society, but some of these politicians are not sincere enough to be present in their respective Sabha, when they are supposed to be involved in making of laws and regulations, to do their duty as the leaders of the people. 
I request the government to pass a law to make it mandatory to have minimum 75% attendance and have reasonable excuse to take leave from the respective Sabha. Politicians who are incapable to represent their people in the houses, meaning, having attendance below 75% should be warned and then black listed and considered not fit to represent the people in the respective Sabha.
Students, employs, workers, etc all have duties and work, and are supposed to be present for their duty or else they might loose a job, be debarred from a school, they have consequences. The leaders can not represent the people, if they are not present, if they are not present, they are not fit to represent anyone, and hence should be removed, replaced and shall not be allowed to contest in any elections.
