IAS with no limits on age or attempts

Recently the age-limit and attempt-limit on NEET (Medical Entrance) was debated by many big personalities and finally it was lifted by MCI on the direction of Supreme court of India, keeping in view to give fair and equal opportunity to everyone who wants to pursue medical education and become an doctor in the country.
When it comes to IAS, the premier service of India., we have a lot of restrictions on who can take the exam, how many times and when. This seriously puts pressure even from the first attempt when you take the exam, thereby creating anxiety and unnecessary stress among the candidates aiming for it.
As we all know, there is no upper age limit for politicians. Recently L K Advani(89 years) is being proposed as president of India. At the age of 89, he can join the highest government post of India, then why are we restricted to even attempt the exam at 33. This seriously puts an question on the fair chance being given to individuals who want to serve the nation at any age.
IAS exam is for those posts which doesn't require any medical fitness unlike any military or army services, then there is no question of limiting the entry to it at an age or even limiting the attempts.
Many of us graduate in late 30s, complete their education or start with first job and then can even think of spending some money and time on preparing for IAS. Request the Govt. of India to remove the limits on the prestigious exam of the country to give fair chance to anyone who is interested in serving the nation. Jai Hind.
