Customer Service in INDIA is worst and Government should do something about it

It has been quite a while since i have been thinking to write this but always dropped the idea thinking that nothing will change in this country but it is high time, we should atleast give it a try.
We all are aware that customer support in our country is in very bad shape. We go by any sector, whether its insurance, telecom, banks, taxi or any sector available around. I could not find any data otherwise if there is any customer support ranking available country wise we would be at the bottom or around there. Some times it is quite frustating that we can not even raise our voices about what we are facing and more frustating is that no government ministry is there to support or monitor such issues. we call banks, they keep us or waiting on the IVR and some times the IVR is so complicated to reach any customer support person that it takes ages without any output. If i go by today's example i got to know that there is not even any customer care numbers for UBER and OLA taxi services, we can mail them but we can not contact them in need.
I have had some issues with Airtel and Vodafone lately, raised it on twitter and got a reply from DOT ministry after CCing Mr Manoj Sinha and was assured that there will be a resolution soon but as usual nothing happend so far. Its not me thousands of customers are facing the same every day and no company is ready to listen. I feel there should be a deadline in every field to resolve such complains and customer service is easy to reach all the time rather than any IVR. Companies can invest some amount on their customer support if they really care for us.
Please carry forward the batten, Though i have no expectations from our government but still its worth a shot.
