Laws against any animal cruelty needs to be stronger and these poor animals need to be taken away from these owners and stricter animal adoptions need to be placed, we need to save these helpless animals

I've become aware about animal rights and can see in the news the inhumane acts towards animals especially dogs. It is psychologically proven that cruelty towards amimals by a human being leads to many cruel acts towards other human beings as well. The surprising acts of beating and sexually assaulting stray dogs has shaken me but it still has not shaken our government. It's high time to change laws.
