Against Firing@IT Industry

The growing insecurity of jobs in IT industry due to what-so-over reasons should not be encouraged. The clause in offer letters that "Company has right to terminate any time " should be scrapped and discarded right away . There should be a clause like " if you are offering someone a permanent job position , you can't terminate him (unless and until he/she does something against company policy) " and if you decide to terminate someone provide the reason in a written statement with proof that why you are terminating".
This is unfair that ,for your benefit, you hire someone and then after the project is over you terminate him/her. This is a very common practice across IT industries now a days .
Point here is if someone going through the selection process of company and getting a offer letter , you cant just say you are incompetent and so you are fired. Then fire everyone who were part of the selection process of that candidate.
