"The greatest dangers to liberty lurk in the insidious encroachment by men of zeal, well meaning but without understanding." said legendary Justice Louis Brandeis. Judicial review process and law-enforcement are the most important part of a democratic system. Underfunding of these can breed ominous outcomes. Populist leaders show scant respect for judicial process for evading fear of legal reprobation. I support Swarna Bharat Party's initiative to take this cause further.

It is the need of the hour. Our judiciary is very underfunded. Justice delayed is justice denied.

I'm signing because I feel if we increase teeth of our law enforcement agencies, it will be able to enforce the rule of the law effectively.
