Shishir Mishra started this petition to @NaredraModi and

Recently In IIT Kanpur a professor used his SC/ST act power to humiliate his colleagues (Few very prominent Professors) just because several months they had asked him a question which he couldn't answer and since he felt bad about it. So as soon as the SC/ST act was restored by current BJP government in it's original format, he used it to satisfy his ego.

Without commenting on causes I would like to skip to preventative actions for general & other category members since it's very essential now to mark ourselves safe.

First thing, which is very unfortunate in our country, that highly important posts like Doctors,Engineers,Teachers,Professors,IAS/IPS/PCS officers are being filled by reservation quota. These are the people who construct our society and hence these posts should be given to the most deserving person rather than most deserving candidates of their quota. On the top of it is SC/ST act, it's cherry on the cake, just beautiful. Since it is not going to be removed from our system soon, not in this life time at least I'm proposing a solution to make our life easier.

Please mark such post holders' profile(who has secured job through quota) as 'SC/St Quota Professor/Teacher or Doctor or Officer' for general public So that we are aware on before hand and if any one takes their service then it would be on his head. It would simplify our lives and at least do this for general category people as PM has boasted openly that reservation on cast basis isn't going anywhere.

I'm most concerned about doctors,at least I won't go to such doctors and will add few more days to my life. In case of the professors we won't joke or ask anything and thus our lives would be very much easier and we can decrease our chances of ending up in Jail on any random day at any random time.
